How do I get started?

Sign in with Google and start typing. Your list is there on every device you use.

Can my AI assistant edit my tasks?

Yes. Create a personal token and connect from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any MCP client. It can read, add, reorder, and complete tasks. You see each change live. Tokens can be read-only or scoped to specific projects, and revoked any time.

Can I try it before buying?

There's no trial. Instead, every purchase has a 14-day full-refund window: if Willownote isn't for you, close your account within 14 days and a full refund is processed automatically. A refunded account is deleted along with its data.

Is there a native app?

It's an installable PWA today. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app. Native App Store and Play Store versions are coming soon. Online-only for now.

What happens to my data?

Completing a task moves it to your Done page, where you can bring it back anytime. Deleting a task or project sends it to Trash, where it rests for 30 days and can be restored before it's permanently removed. You can also export your tasks and projects as a zip of JSON files from Settings whenever you want.
